Terms of Service – Airwakened AB

By booking or participating in any Airwakened AB event, retreat, or session, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services
Airwakened AB offers breathwork sessions, workshops, retreats, and related wellness experiences.

2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment plans must be completed as agreed.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• Cancellations made within [14 days] of a breathwork event may not be refunded. This does not apply to other services like Retreats or Trainings or similar

• You may transfer your spot to another participant upon approval

4. Participation
You agree to:

• Take full responsibility for your physical and mental health

• Inform us of any relevant medical conditions

• Follow all safety instructions during sessions

5. Liability Waiver
Airwakened AB is not liable for:

• Injuries, physical or emotional, arising from participation

• Loss or damage of personal belongings

6. Changes & Cancellations
We reserve the right to modify or cancel events. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or transfer.

7. Intellectual Property
All content provided during sessions and on the website remains the property of Airwakened AB and may not be reproduced without permission.
