About me
Throughout my life, I’ve lived many different versions of myself.
I’ve been the teenager trying to fit in, the student juggling multiple side jobs while attempting to hold everything together, the woman searching for love and belonging in places that could never truly provide it. I’ve been the overachiever, the misfit, the people pleaser, the social butterfly and the loner. For a long time, I adapted myself to whatever environment I was in, believing that being accepted mattered more than being honest about what I actually felt.
Eventually, my body stopped cooperating with that strategy.
In 2017, a cancer diagnosis changed the direction of my life completely. It stripped away distraction, the need to hold everything together and everything unnecessary. What remained was a confrontation with the way I had been living, relating and disconnecting from myself for years.
That period forced me into a much deeper relationship with my body, my emotions and the reality that unresolved stress, suppression and chronic self-abandonment have consequences.
I searched widely for understanding. Through therapy, coaching, somatic work, nervous system education and countless modalities trying to understand what truly creates lasting change in a human being. What fascinated me most was never spirituality as an identity, but the direct connection between the body, fascia, emotions, nervous system, breath and the stories we carry beneath the surface.
Breathwork was the first practice that brought me into undeniable contact with myself.
Not conceptually. Physically.
It showed me how much emotion the body can hold, how intelligently the nervous system adapts for survival and how disconnected many of us become from our own instincts while trying to function, succeed and be loved.
My work today is rooted in that understanding.
I am not interested in creating spaces where people bypass reality, endlessly process their past or become dependent on external guidance. I care about helping people rebuild trust in themselves, reconnect with their body and develop the capacity to meet life with more honesty, resilience and self-responsibility.
Over the years I’ve worked with hundreds of people through retreats, trainings and breathwork experiences. Many arrive at a point where their life looks functional on the outside, yet internally something no longer feels fully alive. The pace they’ve been moving at, the pressure they’ve been carrying or the way they’ve learned to relate to themselves simply no longer fits the person they are becoming.
That is the space I work with best.
Alongside my work, I’m also a mother which has profoundly reshaped my understanding of presence, leadership, responsibility and what actually matters in life.
The spaces I create are grounded, honest and deeply human. Spaces where people can put down the constant adapting, striving and self-monitoring long enough to hear themselves clearly again.
I’m not here to position myself above anyone or to sell the illusion that I have life figured out perfectly. I’m here to create the kind of spaces I once needed myself: spaces rooted in integrity, embodiment and truth.
If you are ready to stop outsourcing your power, reconnect with your body and take your life into your own hands, you are warmly welcome here.
