RESERVATION POLICIES:

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancelation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.

DEFINITIONS:

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled RESET retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.”You” refers to the guest booking a RESET retreat. “We”refers to the RESET retreat.

TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE:

To join the retreat you must have travel insurance covering Indonesia. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you worldwide for all activities and trip cancellation.

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel your trip, RESET Retreat does not offer refunds for any reason. Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

We need to be informed of any medical concerns you may have including diet, pregnancy, health issues or any other important concerns. Full coverage health insurance (that includes Indonesia) should be obtained before arrival.

BILLING:

Accepted applicants must pay a 50% deposit up front to reserve their space in the retreat. We have limited spaces available and require the final 50% approximately 4 weeks before the start date to confirm attendance.
